Joe Levin is a partner in Watson Farley & Williams’ Projects Group based in London where he advises a wide range of lenders and sponsors on project finance, acquisition finance, reserve-based lending and other structured financings. Joe has extensive experience in the upstream oil & gas sector as well as in the broader commodities space, advising E&P companies, traders, and both multilateral and commercial lenders. Joe has advised on transactions across Europe, the UK North Sea as well as a range of transactions across Africa, including in Egypt, Gabon, Cameroon and Angola.
