Sthembiso is an experienced and talented business advisor and has built many strong business relationships over many years. He works with his clients to harness culture and build competitive advantage through strategic focus, business connection and execution excellence. He's known for his passion for organisation design and behavioural change management. He has broad knowledge in the development of organisational models, HR optimization and workforce transition strategies. He's regarded by his peers as one of the leading practitioners in enterprise transformation and organisational effectiveness. His delivery experience encompasses both the public and private sector working with global blue chip organisations and major multinationals.


Sthembiso delivers talks at various conferences on organisational agility and is a part-time lecturer at Wits University in the department of Economics and Human Sciences. He's conducted research in marketing management, operating models and strategy analysis.
 
Sthembiso holds an MBA degree from the University of South Africa in collaboration with the Open University Business School, UK. He has a Master of Science (MSc) in Strategic Marketing from Cardiff University, UK. While studying in Cardiff, he was also awarded the European Diploma in Interactive and Data Marketing by the Cardiff University Business School. He has completed two management programmes at Unisa’s Graduate School of Business Leadership (SBL), namely, Management Development Programme (MDP) and Fundamental Management Programme (FMP). He also has a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from MUT.
